It is common for major housing schemes to be located adjacent to vibrant communities.
While the arrival of much-needed housing to any area is a positive to keep families and communities together by providing more housing stock, during the construction period the number of truck movements can cause major traffic construction and aggravation to the local community.
By putting a concrete batching plant on site, we can significantly reduce truck movements, helping to lower the project's carbon footprint. Coupled with this, we can also set delivery times for the raw material outside of the rush hour period. This does not in any way affect productivity on site as we carry 2-3 days’ supply on site which means we can batch all day but limit the raw material deliveries to pre-agreed quiet times, offering enhanced efficiency.
